About Us

The Youth On Foundation is a nonprofit organization devoted to empowering Baltimore’s youth through mentorship, academic support, and hands‑on skill‑building. We believe every child deserves a chance to thrive in a safe and supportive environment. Our programs are designed to nurture confidence, resilience, and leadership, helping youth unlock their full potential and step boldly into their future. We are dedicated to bringing back the spirit of our village, where families, schools, and communities unite to guide, protect, and uplift every child.

We chose to take this route because we have witnessed too many of our young people grow up without consistent guidance or spaces that celebrate their strengths. By partnering with families, educators, and community leaders, we create pathways that reconnect youth to purpose, belonging, and opportunity. Through mentorship, tutoring, and practical life‑skills workshops, we provide the tools, relationships, and experiences that shape lifelong success. Together, we are rebuilding the bridge between potential and possibility. One young person at a time.
